Wet/Dry Shotcrete System
The Shotcrete System is one of the essential pieces of equipment in conventional tunneling (NATM) and TBM support operations, designed for rapid, permanent stabilization of the tunnel face and surrounding ground. By applying concrete linings to the tunnel walls immediately after excavation, it ensures the structural integrity and safety of the tunnel — supporting both Wet Mix and Dry Mix processes depending on project requirements.

- Key Features & Benefits
- With spraying capacities of up to 50 m³/h, large tunnel surfaces are lined in minimal time, keeping excavation cycles on schedule.
- Wet Mix application ensures consistent, low-rebound concrete with superior compaction and long-term durability.
- Robotic boom and remote-control operation keep operators away from unsupported ground during spraying.
- Dual Wet/Dry capability with conveying distances of up to 200 m adapts to any tunneling layout or mix design.
